What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies depending on the product category:
In-stock Items (Magnetic Tiles & Trending Toys): Low MOQ, starting from 50–100 sets/pcs to help you test the market.
Custom Plush Toys (OEM/ODM): Generally 300–500 pcs per design, depending on the size and complexity of the toy.

Can I mix different toy items in one container?
Yes, absolutely! As a full-service toy exporter, one of our core advantages is supply chain consolidation. You can mix magnetic tiles, educational toys, plush toys, and festive gifts into a single shipment to save on logistics costs.
What is your sample policy and turnaround time?
In-stock Samples: Can be sent out within 2 days (sample is often free, buyer covers express shipping cost).
Custom Plush Samples: Takes 5–7 working days. There is a nominal sample fee (refundable upon placement of the bulk order).
Do your toy products comply with US and EU safety regulations?
100% Yes. Safety is our non-negotiable priority. All our products are manufactured and certified under international toy safety standards, including CE, EN71, ASTM-F963, and CPSIA (CPC). We ensure your goods will pass customs smoothly without legal risks.
How do you guarantee product quality before shipment?
We have an independent, in-house QC team. We perform strict multi-stage inspections, including raw material checking, during-production testing, and a mandatory 100% pre-shipment inspection. For plush toys, we conduct 100% metal/broken-needle detection for absolute safety.
What is your mass production lead time?
In-stock items: 7–15 days.
Custom/OEM orders (Magnetic tiles & Plushies): 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on the order volume.
What are your accepted payment terms?
We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit in advance to start production, and 70% balance payment paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For long-term partners, we can discuss more flexible payment terms.
Which shipping methods do you offer? Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?
We offer flexible logistics solutions including FOB, CIF, and EXW. Additionally, we provide DDP (Door-to-Door, Duty Paid) shipping via sea, air, or rail freight—perfect for Amazon, TikTok, or Shopify e-commerce sellers. We handle all customs clearance and deliver straight to your warehouse or Amazon FBA center.
