Step 2: Strong Magnet Placement
N35/N38 grade permanent NdFeB magnets (cobalt-plated for rust resistance) are automatically or precisely placed into the dedicated slots of the plastic shell.
Step 3: Ultrasonic Welding & Sealing
Instead of using toxic glue, we use advanced Ultrasonic Welding Technology to fuse the two halves of the plastic shell together under high-frequency vibration. This guarantees the magnets are permanently sealed and cannot fall out.
Step 4: Drop Test & Stress Inspection
Random samples from every batch undergo rigorous drop tests and compression tests to ensure the tiles will not crack or break during rough, long-term play.
Step 5: Surface Cleaning & Sorting
The finished magnetic tiles are polished to remove any burrs or sharp edges, ensuring a 100% smooth, child-safe touch, and sorted into color-coded sets.
Step 6: Gift Box Packing & Container Loading
Tiles are packed into custom brand boxes or storage bags, placed into master cartons with protective buffers, and loaded into containers for shipment.

You provide us with a 2D sketch, character illustration, or tech pack. Our design experts analyze the dimensions, fabric options, and structural details.
Step 2: 7-Day Rapid Prototyping
Our master sample-makers select the finest fabrics (such as crystal super-soft plush) to turn your 2D design into a 3D physical sample.
Step 3: Sample Approval & Revision
We send high-definition photos/videos or ship the physical sample to you. We offer flexible revisions until the sample perfectly matches your vision.
Step 4: Fabric Cutting & Mass Sewing
Once approved, the fabrics are precision-cut using laser machines, followed by meticulous hand-sewing and cotton stuffing by experienced workers.
Step 5: 100% Metal Detection & QC
Every single plush toy passes through an advanced Metal Detector to ensure absolutely zero broken needles are left inside. Our QC team checks every seam tension and eye/nose attachment.
Step 6: Eco-Friendly Packaging & Shipping
Plushies are dust-brushed, tagged, packed into custom eco-friendly polybags, and securely boxed into heavy-duty master cartons for global shipping.
